Who we are
Our website address is: http://foscko.org. We are a non-profit organization working to support the orchestras at Kellogg Middle School and Shorecrest High School in Shoreline, WA.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We have security software that will check the IP address you are using to access our site. Your IP address will be logged and stored for no more than 30 days. Also, your IP address may reveal basic information about where you are logging in from, and who your service provider is. This is common information available on internet searches search, but we do not collect any such information unless we detect unusual or suspicious information from an IP address.
For purposes of commenting, we require registration on the site and we will collect your first name, last name and email address. That data will be stored on our systems until indefinitely unless a request is made to delete such information.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. If you are unsure how to save an image without location data, search google for “saving images without EXIF data”.
Our contact form collects your first and last name and your email address. We may also ask if you have a child currently enrolled at Kellogg or Shorecrest.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
